Sale of foundry
alloys

We are one of the country's leading manufacturers of aluminium casting alloys based on secondary raw materials. Our product range also includes alloys based on primary aluminium. We produce casting alloys with chemical composition according to customer requirements, as well as in accordance with the requirements of international standards PN-EN 1676 and PN-EN 1706 and the requirements of various standards, e.g. DIN, UNI, ASTM, BS/DTD, AA, SAE.

We offer our product in two forms: ingots and liquid metal.

Aluminium ingots

We produce three-piece ingots with a weight of approximately 8-11 kg and dimensions: L 670 mm x W 100 mm x H 60 mm. The ingots are supplied in stacks. The weight of a single stack, the marking system and the type of strapping are agreed individually with the customer. As a standard, we offer trackballs stacked in 13 layers, where the total weight of the stack is approximately 840 kg. The single-leg stack is fastened with steel or plastic strapping.

Liquid aluminium

We supply liquid metal in two variants.

First variant

Includes deliveries of liquid metal totalling approximately 18 tonnes (three thermoses of 6 tonnes each). Under this option, the consignee must have adequate infrastructure for unloading.

Second Variant

Includes deliveries by trucks with a self-unloading kit. The mass of liquid metal delivered in this way is approximately 12 tonnes (two thermoses of 6 tonnes each). The transport set allows the delivered thermoses to be unloaded directly into the settling furnaces or transport vats. In this variant, it is also possible to use the transport unit as an additional source of liquid metal for the production process, e.g. during overhauls of the settling furnaces or their failure. In this situation, the transport unit can remain at the customer's site for an extended period of time, up to 12 hours, allowing the liquid metal to be taken directly into the production process.

We will be happy to answer any questions!
